What types of licenses do you offer?

We offer three types: Retail licenses for Windows and Office products, Bind licenses for Office products, and 1-year subscription licenses for Antivirus software and Microsoft 365.

What is the difference between Retail and Bind licenses?

Retail licenses can be used once on a single device. If the software is uninstalled or the device is formatted, a new license is required. Bind licenses are tied to your Microsoft account and allow you to download and activate Office as many times as needed on a single device.

Do the licenses expire?

Retail and Bind licenses do not expire — they are permanent for the life of the device. However, Retail licenses cannot be reused after uninstallation or device formatting. Antivirus and Microsoft 365 subscriptions are valid for one year from activation.

Are the licenses valid for tablets or mobile phones?

No. Our licenses are designed for Windows PCs and Macs only. They are not valid for tablets or mobile phones.

Yes, 100% genuine. All licenses are authentic and all software is downloaded directly via Microsoft’s official download links. We do not sell cracked, pirated, or OEM-restricted keys.

Why are your prices lower than other retailers?

📦 DELIVERY

How are the licenses delivered?

All licenses are delivered instantly by email after payment is confirmed. Your email will contain the activation key and a direct download link. No physical shipment is involved.

Do you provide physical CDs or USB drives?

No. We are a 100% digital store. All orders include a digital activation key and a download link only — no physical media is shipped.

What if I don’t receive my license within 24 hours?

Most orders are delivered instantly. If you have not received your license within 24 hours, please check your spam folder first, then contact us via chat or email and we will resolve it immediately.

What should I do if I have a problem with my license?

Please contact our support team before leaving a review or opening a dispute. In most cases we resolve issues quickly. For complex technical problems, we can assist you remotely via TeamViewer or AnyDesk — at no extra cost.

What is your refund policy?

If a problem is caused on our side and we are unable to resolve it, we will issue a 100% refund — no questions asked. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
